In short, the Talent Manager plays a critical role in fostering a competent and engaged workforce capable of thriving in a dynamic environment.The Talent Manager oversees the complete recruitment process and training programs tailored to the organization's needs. Collaborating closely with local leaders and the Global Talent Acquisition Leader, this role involves sourcing, recruiting, screening and interviewing candidates to fill organizational roles. Additionally, the Talent Manager works in conjunction with the Organizational and Talent Development Leader and various departments to identify training needs, develop engaging content, and facilitate training sessions that empower employees and contribute to organizational success.
