They will lead the development and implementation of improved organizational effectiveness capabilities through change management, organizational design, development, and training to achieve organizational objectives. This individual will also provide ongoing consulting services to assist management in monitoring, reviewing, and evaluating organizational effectiveness.Job Description
- Understands learning and OD status by studying accomplishments and failures; conducting surveys; leading focus groups; analyzing organization structures, jobs, and relationships; evaluating the effect of change initiatives.
- Creates and manages project plans for learning and OD initiatives.
- Improves learning and OD performance by recommending and implementing new policies, procedures, job supports, training, managerial practices, communication methods, and recruiting strategies.
- Consults with managers by exploring opportunities; clarifying problems; analyzing alternatives; providing recommendations.
- Contributes to organization planning and organization success by welcoming related, different, and new requests; helping others accomplish job results.
- Facilitates implementation of talent management and organization development initiatives.
