That means delivering better outcomes for our clients, helping our people to realize their potential, and doing our part to create a prosperous society.Every day we help our major global clients deliver ambitious and highly technical projects, in over 110 offices worldwide.This application refers to a Project Controls Manager Talent Pool from which we will be redirecting candidates into Assistant, Professional and Senior Professional opened roles within our company and within Mexico region.Experience:Delivering Project Controls across construction projects.The Project Controls Manager will lead the programme controls function for a programme, monitoring for accuracy and consistency of plans, cost, safety, environment and performance reporting, and deploying available controls team resources to best effect.7 - 8 years' experience as a planner.Development of detailed project plans from the Master Schedule.Manage key inputs including task lists, logic, milestones, resources, calendars from design phases through to construction.Monitor trends and analyze schedule impacts with the project team.Prepare status reports.Ensure standards, formats and timeframes are maintained.Re-base line the schedule when required.Ability to transport to site.Education/Qualifications:Experience in performing, monitoring, and reviewing planning and scheduling functions, which include schedule development, control, and analysis, in the field and the home office.Skilled in oral and written communication (English and Spanish).Proficiency with PC operating systems, with proficiency in several basic software applications.Proficiency with multiple discipline-specific software applications such as Primavera (P6) and Microsoft Office Applications, for example Intermediate level of knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and start-up work processes.Knowledge of engineering and construction management.Availability to travel and move around cities.Engineering or Architecture degree is desired, with experience in construction projects.Fluent in Spanish and English.Experienced in P6.Good communication, written and oral.Problem-solving and leadership skills.The ideal candidate is someone analytic, organized, self-starting.Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
