Talent Sourcer

**Responsibilities**:
The Talent Sourcer is passionate about driving a network of talent into Eastman's active openings and proactive talent pipeline.
In this position, you will leverage various data and digital tools to identify sourcing strategies and attract top talent for Eastman.
Role Description
- Proactively sourcing, screening and submitting qualified talent via ATS, social media, professional communities, associations, referrals, as well as other innovative sourcing methods
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and other internal stakeholders to understand talent needs and to support the recruitment process
- Leverage market intelligence and industry trends to inform internal stakeholders and to develop talent strategies
- Research new sourcing tools, best practices, and ideas to help enhance our recruitment strategies
- Maintain compliance standards in alignment with OFCCP, EEO, Affirmative Action, as well as all other federal and local guidelines

**Qualifications**:

- Exceptional consultative skills with the desire to understand the needs of each client, then formulate and execute the strategy to meet those needs
- Ability to multi-task, meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
- Attention to detail with a strong sense of urgency
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and Boolean searching
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- English proficiency required
