This role will be based in Mexico (CDMX) and work remotely 3-4 days per week.The Talent Sourcing Hub is a global team that is dedicated to supporting Hiring Managers and Recruiters in sourcing the best talent for our businesses.As part of the Sourcing Hub, you will support recruiters in the Talent Acquisition team, especially in NOAM and LATAM on critical positions to fill. Your mission will be to proactively search for qualified candidates and build pipelines for future strategic hiring needs.ResponsibilitiesPartner with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and other stakeholders to understand positions' technical and competencies requirements, to design and execute sourcing strategies.Own sourcing of potential and passive candidates by applying direct search/networking methodology to identify talent within limited and/or specific candidate pools.Effectively leverage social media tools to source talent.Identify and engage with both passive and active talent through the use of Boolean, LinkedIn, Social Media, and creative search techniques.Conduct preliminary phone interviews (screenings/networking) with sourced candidates.Attend intake sessions & provide progress updates.Develop Talent mapping projects for critical roles to fill.Prepare market insights to inform talent decisions.You will occasionally support end-to-end recruitment activities for other regions (Europe, etc.) as well as regional and global positions.Job Requirements1-3 years' experience as a talent sourcer or recruiter for specialized roles in an agency environment or in-house experience in a fast-moving organization with a focus on hiring high caliber talent.Curiosity and willingness to learn Talent Sourcing techniques, as well as how to leverage social media and other platforms.Ability to build partnerships with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish; additional languages would be advantageous.Effectively managing and executing on several challenging priorities concurrently.Positive and "can do" attitude.Strong customer service and quality orientation.Demonstrated professionalism and capability to deliver.Interest in working in a multicultural environment.Highly skilled at networking in order to identify candidates.At IFF, we believe that your uniqueness unleashes our potential.
