**The Role**:
We are looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist to support one of our Pharmaceutical clients. All of the sourcing will be for contract roles in the United States. We are looking for individuals that have experience with fast paced contract hiring for a variety of business functions - Accounting, Engineering, Manufacturing etc. (entry level to management level roles )
Experience sourcing through an ATS, Zip Recruiter and Linked In recruiter is mandatory.
**We are looking for individuals in Monterrey or Mexico City, Mexico who are Bilingual in English and Spanish**
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Fully utilize relevant ATS (Applicant Tracking System) ensuring that activities are conducted within the ATS as appropriate, that data accuracy and quality is maintained through all processes and that it accurately reflects the status of all activity
- Engage with Recruiters and Hiring Managers (as directed) to take detailed briefs on role requirements, contributing knowledge and best practice to add value to discussions
- Manage job board advertising or Client career-site postings, ensuring adverts are compelling and accurate and positioned for maximum - Interface between Recruiters and agencies when required, gaining necessary information to ensure both parties remain informed
- Ensure regular communication with Client Services team to understand on-going requirements and to share progress of activity
**Skills & Experience**:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Ability to quickly pivot when needed to urgent priorities
- Ideally, experience with contract hiring in the US
