The Talent Specialist is an integral part of our Human Resources department, tasked with managing full-cycle recruitment efforts, from identifying staff needs to onboarding new hires.
This role extends to overseeing the performance review processes and coordinating and implementing employee training and development programs.
The Talent Specialist plays a critical role in not only sourcing and aligning talent with our organizational needs but also in actively participating in culture building.
