You will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and develop innovative solutions to attract, develop, and retain top talents. Your expertise in talent strategy and your ability to provide strategic guidance will be instrumental in driving organizational success.Key Responsibilities:Identify and contact companies and clients (CHRO's) to expand the sales and revenue of the talent practice in order to achieve established business objectives.Support the Practice in designing winning proposals, participating in meetings and events for greater positioning.Lead the team of consultants in delivering projects related to talent, succession, career, leadership, employee experience, EVP, and overall Organizational Transformation.Act as a strategic business partner and trusted advisor to the client, focusing on expanding business and client relationships.Lead large/complex projects and ensure project delivery meets timeline, quality, and budget.Act as a technical expert in one or more HR solutions or as an industry expert.Perform as an effective leader and coach to junior consultants.What you need to have:Bachelor's Degree in Economics / Organization/ Management / Psychology.Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Law, Political and Social Sciences or similar.15+ years of experience in consulting for medium-large size companies with a focus on Talent Strategy.Proven experience in client-facing roles with commercial responsibilities.Experience and proficiency in at least 2 areas of Talent Strategy.Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering high-quality consulting services.Experience managing large teams and multiple stakeholders
