Responsibilities
Define user needs and specify essential functionalities for EAM solutions.
Collaborate on developing test cases and scenarios to ensure functionality meets requirement.
Design and recommend process improvements, integrating industry trends.
Propose proactive, value-driven enhancements to improve user experience.
Document requirements and collaborate with teams to ensure effective implementation.
Requirements
Over 5 years of experience working directly with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and/or Preventive Maintenance Management Systems (PMMS).
Previous experience as a Consultant or Business Analyst (BA).
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Conversational English B2 or higher.
Proven experience in one or more of the following areas:
Working with government institutions or agencies.
Involvement with power plants or water treatment facilities.
Managing asset maintenance software.
Building, bridge, and road construction and maintenance.
