En Bayer tienes la oportunidad de ser parte de una cultura en la que valoramos la pasión de nuestros colaboradores por innovar y darles el poder de cambiar.****TAM Baja****Your Tasks & Responsibilities**:- Responsible for the company results in the region: Net Sales, Gross Profit, Market Share, Customer Share, OPEX, etc.- Develop, propose and implement, a PC Strategy for the current stage and until 2025, focused on Portfolio improvement, trait identification and resource allocation, that maintains and increases our MS in the region, on a Double-digit base, and improves our NPS as a leading choice for our key accounts and growers.- To have strong influence on internal stakeholders, such as marketing, finance, credit and collection, market development, supply chain, HR, etc., to assure the business continuity and operation in the region.- Develop and implement actions plans to have the right distribution channel to accomplish the business objectives for short and long term.- Provide dynamic leadership, recommend training, assistance, appraisal, motivation and development to our key customers to help them achieve their goals and build and capture value along the way.- Establish and implement a RADL segmentation and account planning process to properly use and maximize the resource available to achieve and exceed our financial targets.- Work closely with MD to assure precommercial and commercial trials at main accounts in their territory, creating a path to grow either share or value.**Who You Are**:- Bachelor's degree, desirable Mastery.- Bachelor's degree in Plant Science, Marketing, Agronomy or Related.- 8-10 years of experience in business or greenhouse management, marketing and/or sales.- Abilities: Influence, Customer Focus, Finance Acumen, Business Strategy, Negotiation, Sales and Marketing English proficiency.- Office and digital greenhouse solutions (Priva, Hoogendoorn) knowledge.- Salesforce or similar CRM**Período de aplicación**:- Del 20 de Agosto al 3 de Septiembre 2024**Código de referencia**:- 825680**División**:- Crop Science**Ubicación**:- Mexico : Baja California : Mexicali**Área funcional**:- Marketing**Grado de posición**:- VS 1.1**Tipo de empleo**:- Permanente**Tiempo de trabajo**:- Indeterminado
