Co-create with key stakeholders to build partnerships & collaborations.- Lead the delivery of multiple projects across a variety of creative and marketing channels, including print and digital media. Develop and coordinate project plans across the design, development and production stages of a project to support the successful delivery within set KPI's.- Works in collaboration with brand teams technical teams & all functions to maximize value.- Provides consultancy, advice and assistance on strategy for commercialization of products, and influence marketing/Marketing Sales Operation team on decision making on Sales Force resource allocation in most optimal ways, through delivery of proven analytics based projects.- Provide analytics support to Novartis internal customers**Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion**:- Novartis is committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams representative of the patients and communities we serve._**Minimum requirements**- Commercial experience and/or leadership experience in Healthcare- Bachelor's degree in engineering, administration economics or similar- Demonstrated expertise of the Health Care and Pharmaceutical industry data sources, such as IQVIA, DDD, HCOS, PSP > 2Y business intelligenceor commercial operations experience.- Experience in varied field operations functions such as analytics, incentive compensation, planning, sizing, data management, data visualization, Veeva/Salesforce, and Microsoft Power Query or ETL tools like Alteryx Advanced Excel is a must.- Strong connect, analytical & presentation skills.- ADVANCED: Data analysis Market and business acumen- Fluent in EnglishtransformingforgrowthWhy Novartis?766 million lives were touched by Novartis medicines in 2021, and while we're proud of this, we know there is so much more we could do to help improve and extend people's lives.We believe new insights, perspectives and ground-breaking solutions can be found at the intersection of medical science and digital innovation.
