This role involves developing recruitment strategies and collaborating with various departments.Job Responsibilities:Act as the point-of-contact for individual clients regarding all aspects of Talent acquisition.Develop, direct, plan, and evaluate the external recruitment activities of their assigned team to satisfy the organization's Talent requirements.Utilize extensive knowledge of clients and industry standards.Ensure OKR (Objectives and Key Results) are in place and meet internal performance indicators.Oversee administrative processes for team members under their supervision.Looking for Talent in promoting real estate investments.
Candidates should have a sales-driven attitude and excellent communication skills, with an openness to learning and growth.Qualifications: Must have at least 2 years of working experience in end-to-end recruitment or Talent acquisition, and a Bachelor's degree.Our Talent policies are recognized worldwide as some of the best in the industry.
