Task | Customer Success Manager

Requeriments: Bachelor's degree in international commerce. Previous experience in a similar position. Fluent English. SAP knowledge. Responsibilities: Responsible for requesting new Customer analysis for new Customer demand according to production capacities. Ensure to load in material costs reduction and tracking management. New supplier evaluation. Be the internal advocate for the Customer across the organization including global Customer success services, sales, support, and product development. Present complex problems to AMs responsible for Customer interactions. Ensure effective, professional, and clear communication with PMs and Customers. Foster Customer and team satisfaction throughout the entire project. Process all Customer rebates through the appropriate systems. Review and analyze rebate errors. Collect Customer rebates taken but deemed to be invalid. Communicate with the Customer to negotiate or address matters related to product quality and safety. Direct staff in test setups and examine less complex Customer samples. Support and mentor teams through design, implementation, and support tasks according to a documented schedule that meets or exceeds Customer expectations.
