With its products, the company contributes to reducing emissions, protecting the climate and enhancing safe mobility.We are looking to hire a Mexico Tax Accountant to join our Shared Services team in Monterrey:ResponsibilitiesCollection and recordkeeping of MX tax-related informationCompliance and reporting of monthly and annual tax obligations in a timely manner for multiple unitsEnsure the timely filing and payments of all MX tax obligationsPrepare and submit tax refund packages to Tax AgenciesPreparation of Corporate tax reports, tax forecastsPrepare MX monthly and annual tax provision. Reconcile tax-related G/L accountsSupport the preparation of MX Statutory Audit ReviewActively communicate and interact with various levels of Tax headquarters personnel and/or Important Tax FirmsPrepare and submit electronic reports related to new MX e-accountingEnsure all policies & procedures are updated & documented as necessary under a Shared Services environmentPrepare and assist with response to Tax Agency requirements/notificationsRequirements:Accounting or Finance DegreeThe ideal candidate with 2-3 years of experienceStrong analytical and problem solving skillsHigh attention to detailExperience with tax efficient strategies to optimize tax rateA proactive approach with a dedication to teamworkOutstanding customer service and continuous improvement are essentialVery good computer skills using MS Office.
