**Tax Analyst - Tax Optimization****Role Purpose. **Gathering information and preparing reports to meet ongoing tax compliance obligations in Mexico, such as Income Tax, VAT, DIOT, ISSIF, Withholding Taxes, Informative returns, Deferred Tax and Current tax determination, Effective tax rate for local purposes and IFRs purposes, and other tax compliance matters.**Main activities**:- Corporate Tax returns submission.- Keep controls around tax processes and activities.- Support to the management on External and SAT audits and requirements.- Support the tax team providing accurate input regarding any tax matter related to the companies in charge.- Assist in special projects for tax optimization processes.- Tax accounting records.**Requirements**:**Experience**- Desirable Bachelor degree in Finance, Business Administration or Economic Areas.- 3+ years of experience in Tax compliance preparation and reporting to tax authorities.- Desirable Tax compliance experience in a Big4 or large global company.**Requirements**:**Abilities**- Strong communication skills and ability to built positive relatioships and rapport with other teams and Fuctions.- Hightly proficiet in spreadsheets and SAT systems.- Organisation skills, ability to influence people and effective communication.- Ability to work proactively, independently and accura.- English skills - written and oral (Desirable).HSBC is committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and where their opinions count.
