**Tax Analyst****WHAT TO EXPECT**Assist all tax process handled in Santa Fe for all Mexico Legal entities**Key responsibilities**:- Daily electronic invoicing massive download through Mexican Tax Authority software- Identify and solve any potential discrepancy between MTA and Company electronic invoicing information on weekly basis.- Perform manual electronic invoicing cancelations from all legal entities through MTA software.- Perform reconciliations between MTA information and local records for monthly tax payment income tax as well as VAT- Assist Tax manager in monthly, quarterly and annual fiscal close.- Assist Finance team in annual audit internal and external process.- Assist local advisors providing documentation during transfer pricing study process.- Assist Tax manager providing supporting documentation and paperwork's for annual dictamen.- Assist VAT monthly refund request process in front of MTA providing integrations, supporting documentation and reconciliations.- Assist local team in any review or audit process set by MTA.**ABOUT YOU**- Oracle ERP desirable- Excel- Understanding of the end-to-end monthly tax calculation VAT and tax Return process0-2 years of experience**WHY GATES?**Founded in 1911 in Denver, Colorado, Gates is publicly traded on the NYSE.
