Collectively we have close to 3000 employees.Sanhua Mexico Investment is a platform company and provides all services to other manufacturing BUs in Mexico, including but not limited to warehouse and logistics, accounting and finance, treasury, taxes, FX management and property management.We are actively looking for a **Tax Manager** to manage the associated activities of the tax team at a manufacturing operation, establishing policies, practices and procedures.**QUALIFICATIONS**- University Degree in Finance or Accounting.- Minimum of three years in similar positions.- Knowleadge in:- Tax returns and tax analysis within a company or accounting firm.- Detailed analysis of complex tax situations, such as business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, or corporate restructurings.- Implementation of tax deferral strategies, optimization of corporate structures, and utilization of available tax incentives.- Compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.- Financial and accounting management.- Fluent in English (listening, reading, writing and speaking).**GENERAL ACTIVITIES**- Prepare and submit accurate and timely tax returns for the company, complying with all federal, state, and local tax obligations.- Conduct comprehensive analysis of the tax implications of business and financial transactions. Evaluate tax strategies and propose recommendations to optimize the tax structure and minimize tax costs.- Ensure compliance with all applicable tax regulations and prepare supporting documentation for tax audits and reviews.- Strategically plan the company's tax strategy. Identify tax opportunities and risks and develop strategies to maximize tax benefits and mitigate tax risks.- Provide tax advice to internal departments on tax issues related to business operations, financial transactions, corporate structures, employee benefits, among others.- Work closely with other departments such as Finance, Accounting, and Legal to ensure consistency and accuracy in tax-related accounting and financial records.- Investigate and resolve complex tax issues, including discrepancies in tax returns, tax adjustments, and communications with tax authorities.74pBkq2rEA
