Ensures fully tax compliance for Entities assigned. Attends Tax and finance audits (for tax purposes), ensures Social Security and Local tax obligations. Coordinate and submit compliance reports according to the Legal Entities assigned.
**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:
- Ensures tax compliance for US GAAP purposes
- Ensures Tax compliance for MX GAAP purposes
- Prepares Federal and local tax returns submission on time
- Prepares Annual Transfer pricing analysis.
- Coordinates Annual IMSS and local tax audit opinion with HR team
- Coordinates Annual tax audit opinion together with Finance team
- Attends Tax, Social Security and local reviews
- Reports Tax Matters to corporate according to Emerson's Policies and procedures
- Ensures proper tax accounting and reconciliation
- Ensures compliance with REPSE/Condusef/CNBV obligations (according to Entities assigned)
- Preprares VAT refund request for assigned entities

**For This Role, You Will Need**:
- Experienced as Tax Analyst Senior in international entities at least 3 years, USGAAP and MEXGAAP Tax calculation/provision, Tax and Finance audit participation, experience in transfer pricing support, VAT returns and requirements attendance.
