.**My Role**:- Stay up to date on the main tax compliance changes by authorities, to be able for coordinate, support and advise consultations on tax procedures, including Maquiladoras obligations.- Maintain effective communication with both staff and management of tax department.- Provide feedback and follow-up to improve the working papers of the different tax calculations.- Preparation and follow-up of the activities with the dates established for the completion of work papers in the different tax projects, including CIEC and FIELES (electronic password and signature).- Coordination, review and assurance of the release of work papers for the presentation of monthly, annual and informative monthly and quarterly tax returns.- Coordinate and make sure have the correct information for presentation and dates of attention to requirements, attention to returns before the Tax Administration Service (SAT).- Make sure to review, release and have working papers and formats for annual declarations on time for the final review.- Make sure to have the proof of tax situation and positive opinion of tax compliance, up to date.- Review and release of work papers for the determination of monthly payments of IT, VAT (DIOT), registration of provisions and registration of monthly taxes.- Make sure to have the crossing digital tax receipts online (CFDI/XML) vs registered income.- Ensure compliance with the information requirements for external audits (Financial Statement Audit Firm) for the preparation of tax reports.- Review and analysis of deferred tax assets, deferred tax liabilities, determination of ETR / effective tax rate.- Review and analysis of corporate taxes for USGAAP/MXGAAP tax reporting.**My Background**:- **Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance (required)**:- **Min 4 - 6 years of experience as Tax Professional on international organizations, preferable in the Maquiladora industry.**:- Desirable tax specialty or master's degree (preferred)- Strong Microsoft Office product skills - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint- Analytical skills- ** Excellent bilingual Spanish - English language skills, both verbal and written (required)**:- Good knowledge of SAP- Knowledge in Tax Audits Management.- Knowledge on financial statements structure and calculation of indirect taxes (VAT & Withholding returns)- Experience with electronic invoicing rules, data reconciliation and implementation of digital tools.
