Position: ACCOUNTING & TAX MANAGER

Main role & responsibilities:

- Extensive knowledge of MFRS, IFRS and USGAAP
- Preparation and analysis of basic financial statements on a quarterly basis
- Reporting to regional/global HQ (in local currency and conversion to functional currency)
- Attention to HQ internal audits, including remediation of deficiencies
- Attention to external financial auditors, including preparation of tax report
- Standard cost setting and inventory control
- Transfer pricing rules and its effect on daily operation
- Actions to face federal/local tax changes
- Federal taxes calculation (Income tax, Value added tax, Withholdings, etc)
- Attention to audits by SAT (directly for federal taxes and indirectly for foreign trade audits)
- Tax defense procedures (Conclusive agreement, administrative appeal, Mutual agreement procedure, Nulity claim and Amparo)
- Coordination of Shareholders meeting minutes preparation
- Contracts review
- Plus: Experience with migrating in RPA

**Requirements**:
Public accountant

5 years experience in manufacturing Company as accounting leader / main accountant.
