Also, the Tax Team provides support to internal requests and works with multiple different stakeholders to support product and business launches and new features.Position SummaryWe are seeking a Tax Compliance Manager who can move fast to help establish new processes and optimize/scale existing processes for Spanish Speaking Latin America, mainly in Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, Chile and Peru. Manage and review tax compliance routines of all complexity levels (CIT, VAT, DST, WHT, Invoicing, etc).2. Provide domestic compliance support to TP3. Engage and manage tax compliance outsourcing partners4. Respond to internal tax inquiries of high complexity, and assist business partners with tax issues timely5. Monitor and analyze tax judicial and administrative precedents that impact the company's operations and financial positions6. Provide compliance support for ad hoc tax matters (i.E. product launch)7. Coordinate tax consulting matters with outside counsels**Qualifications**:1. Fluent in Spanish and English (resumes must be submitted in English)2. Experience in large Multinational Corporations and/or a Big 4 firms3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint4. Mexico tax knowledge and analytical skills5.
