Tax Compliance Specialist

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting

**Experience**:

- At least 5 years of experience in the accounting and tax areas (preferably in the Maquiladora industry).).
- Experience, knowledge and updating of the tax laws of ISR, VAT of the CCF and other tax laws related to the tax compliance of the Maquiladora Industry.
- Experience, knowledge and updating of labor and Social Security laws (IMSS/SAR/INFONAVIT) and other laws related to compliance with the obligations of the Maquiladora Industry.
- Experience in compliance with the customs laws applicable to the legal compliance of the Maquiladora Industry, such as the reconciliation of the SCCCyG (Annex 31), Fiscal Control of Imported Fixed Assets, Monthly reconciliation of customs balances vs Balance of accounting inventories (Annex 24).
- Master of other relative laws such as 3% s/payroll, INEGI, Foreign Investment, Texas Tax Exempt, VAT/IEPS Certification, etc.
**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the correct and timely fiscal, legal, social security
- Responsible for the customs compliance of the company,
- Responsible to support the Fiscal and Social Security external auditors that are contracted.
