Tax Data Analyst, Electronic Invoicing Operations Latam

About the Role Support Tax Operations on day to day initiatives including issue management and helping with projects (when applicable). Helping to escalate issues with internal partners and external vendors.
What the Candidate Will Do Gain a comprehensive understanding of the e-invoicing landscape including the business models and related flows which are required to be monitored on a regular basis.Monitor the assigned countries/regions e-invoicing completeness including remediating rejections working across teams both internally and externally.Raise issues outlining related details and examples including ensuring issue resolution and lodging timely escalations when necessary.Collaborate closely with local teams to offer subject matter expertise on e-invoicing tax requirements (consider VAT, CIT, Withholding Tax, self-assessed taxes, supplier and customer tax withholding, payments, and PE risks).Assist with project management based on regional needs including helping with transitioning new markets to BAU monitoring.Work with tax teams, FinTech, Engineers, local teams, various business units, project teams and vendors.Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degreeExperience building dashboards with Tableau and/or PythonSpanish and English fluencyAbility to work with large sets of dataSelf-starterStrong written and verbal communication skillsComfortable working with ambiguity in a fast-paced environmentSQL and other data scripting language experienceExperience translating stakeholders' business goals to technical projects, including working with large datasets (SQL), building data visualizations, and mining product and operational insightsWe welcome people from all backgrounds who seek the opportunity to help build a future where everyone and everything can move independently.
