Kiewit Mexico offers construction management and engineering services in a variety of markets, including energy, oil, gas, chemicals, terminals, marine works, and mining.Responsibilities:Manage and oversee all tax compliance and reporting activities to ensure compliance with Mexican regulations, taxes properly calculated and timely filings, including income tax, VAT, payroll taxes, DIOT, ISSIF, SIPRED, transfer price compliance.Lead tax projects to ensure compliance in the company at both strategic and operational levels, improving efficiencies and streamlining processes.Develop and implement tax optimization strategies, as well as provide advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on tax matters, new regulations, and identify potential tax risks or opportunities.Manage deferred taxes and tax projections as needed. Propose alternatives and quantify the impact to the business related to accounting and tax changes.Coordinate and manage external and internal tax audits and liaise with tax authorities. Manage relationships with external tax advisors and consultants.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
