Tax Manager

Responsibilities: Lead and oversee all activities related to the company's tax management.
Ensure timely and accurate compliance with all local and international tax obligations.
Develop effective tax strategies that maximize financial performance and minimize tax risk.
Lead the preparation and filing of tax returns, as well as tax audit management.
Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure the effective integration of tax strategies into business operations.
Supervise and train the tax team, promoting a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Master's degree in Taxation highly desirable.
Strong experience in tax returns, deferred taxes, transfer pricing, and tax compliance.
In-depth knowledge of the automotive/manufacturing sector.
Previous experience in a Big 4 accounting firm highly valued.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
Fluent in English, both oral and written.
