Tax Manager

Responsibilities:Lead and oversee all activities related to the company's tax management.Ensure timely and accurate compliance with all local and international tax obligations.Develop effective tax strategies that maximize financial performance and minimize tax risk.Lead the preparation and filing of tax returns, as well as tax audit management.Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure the effective integration of tax strategies into business operations.Supervise and train the tax team, promoting a collaborative and high-performance work environment.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Master's degree in Taxation highly desirable.Minimum of 2 years of managerial experience in similar positions.Strong experience in tax returns, deferred taxes, transfer pricing, and tax compliance.In-depth knowledge of the automotive/manufacturing sector.Previous experience in a Big 4 accounting firm highly valued.Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.Fluent in English, both oral and written.Additional Managerial Skills:Effective leadership and ability to motivate and develop teams.Ability to make strategic decisions based on detailed analysis and financial projections.Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.Critical thinking and exceptional analytical skills.Adaptability and ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.Working Time: Full timeYour Contact Partner: Mariel Sanchez#J-18808-Ljbffr
