**Job Duties**:- Implementing tax processes worldwide as well as domestic and international tax planning with a focus on LATAM region- Managing direct and indirect tax aspects globally, including Corporate, Federal and State tax, VAT, GST, Sales tax, Withholding tax and other levies.- Review the tax implications of international mobile employees or contractors.- Monitoring the Group's tax policy (Transfer pricing studies, tax structures etc) and handling tax audits on a worldwide basis.- Adhering to tax regulations and investigating new tax laws and developments and their respective impacts on the Company.- Assisting the Finance team and Legal/Sales/operations team with tax matters, questions, tax training and collaborating with outside advisors.- Preferably holds a CPA**Total Rewards**Our workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are.
