Tax Specialist

The ideal candidate will have experience working with various tax forms for both personal and business returns, and possess proficiency with tax software.
A strong understanding of bookkeeping and MS Office products is also preferred.
This is a full-time position with a focus on both individual and business tax returns.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and file tax returns for individuals (Forms 1040) and businesses (Forms 1120S, 1065, 1120, etc.
)Additional experience with forms such as 990, 1041, 1120-H, etc., is a plus.Use UltraTax software or comparable tax software (CCH Prosystems, Drake, Lacerte, etc.)
for tax preparation.Maintain bookkeeping knowledge and assist with related tasks.Communicate effectively with clients via phone and email.Work efficiently with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook).QuickBooks Online (QBO) experience is preferred, but training can be provided for candidates with strong software proficiency and quick learning ability.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with business returns (Forms 1120S, 1065, 1120, etc.)
