No matter who you are, where you're from, or who you love, you can always influence the people around you and make a positive impact in the world.ResponsibilitiesThe Opportunity: Execute and supervise proper application of Mexican and USA Tax Law at the different types of legal entities of the Food & Beverage business in order to comply with Tax Law and avoid any possible risks.Your ImpactAs Tax Sr Coordinator your responsibilities would consist of:Monthly and annual calculations of current and deferred Income Tax, Profit Sharing, and all proper documentation support (ICE).Differed income tax calculation on MEXGAAP & USGAAP basis (DICE).Determination and upload FAS schedules into HFM system (ICE).Elaboration & Review of tax FCST, current & deferred (ICE).Prepares tax accounts reconciliations for US and MX GAAP purposes.Review monthly and annual calculations of VAT, Excise Tax and Local Taxes (ICE).Fiscal accounts determination - CUCA, CUFIN, CUFINRE (ICE).Supervise correct application and fulfillment of tax obligations regarding entities assigned (monthly advanced payments, dictámenes fiscales, informative returns, Tax reimbursement or compensations forms, Inventory destruction forms) (ICE).Attention of Tax Authorities requirements (ICE).Preparation of dictamen fiscal (ICE).Attention of internal information requirements (ICE).Fiscal cost calculation of stocks (ICE).Determination of tax implication on Dividends payments (ICE).Review Money laundering returns (ICE).Report the consolidated of current and deferred taxes to the United States and correct submission through HFM (ICE).Identify and implement tax digitization and automation processes (ICE).Review deferred taxes according to Corporate guidelines.Analyze and determine the ETR by PMF according to Corporate guidelines on a quarterly basis (ICE).Supervise and deliver reports regarding Electronic Accounting process (ICE).Supervise and review intercompany transactions according to transfer pricing rules across all legal entities to deliver Transfer Pricing Studies (ICE).Review and fill format 76 of intercompany transactions to submit to Tax Authorities quarterly and annually of all entities of Foods and Beverage business (ICE)
