As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the company's daily AI Data operations, driving revenue and ensuring that customer commitments are met on time while upholding the highest quality standards. This position will require strategic thinking, client relationship focus, and exceptional organizational skills. You will be a senior member of our operations team and have the opportunity to shape our most critical operational processes.
Responsibilities: Ensuring that client projects are adequately staffed to be completed on schedule.Diligently overseeing budgets and confirming that all tasks assigned to talent pools have specific throughput requirements or fixed payment levels, while managing exceptions as necessary and ensuring that the talent pool has proper justification for any time or cost overruns.Collaborating with Engineering, Quality, Talent, Solutions, Sales, Client teams and Manager to design project schedules.Setting up, launching, closing, and invoicing projects in required tools.Overseeing the project's schedule, flagging tasks and deliveries that are at risk, and working to remediate issues before they threaten delivery or quality.Analyzing current workflows and processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.Proposing and implementing automation solutions internally and cross-functionally to streamline operations and enhance productivity.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to retrain, remove, reposition or replace the talent pool according to quality and throughput needs.Monitoring productivity through Power BI dashboards and engaging with the production team to ensure there are sufficient resources to claim all available tasks.Delegating to in-market Project Managers (PMs) the tasks to "chase" the talent pool so that tasks are picked up, or engaging with the Talent team to add more resources.Coordinating the engagement lifecycle for the talent pool, from onboarding through training and orientation to task completion, ending with PO generation and off-boarding.Managing access of all talent to communications and production platforms, in coordination with IT as necessary.Assisting with file management (including adding files to project tasks in Relay, Label Studios, Asana) as necessary to support production.Managing all delivery and administrative communications with the client.Planning all meetings among internal staff, and between staff and external talent.Participating in technical operations by learning and executing standard technical processes in support of client deliveries.Requirements: Advanced English language skills.Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Engineering, Economics) and/or a graduate degree in Operations, Engineering, Economics, or Business.Minimum of 4 years of experience in an operations role or equivalent.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Action-oriented mindset that balances creative problem-solving with the drive to deliver results.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills.Strong analytical, planning, and process improvement capabilities.Experience in the AI Data Services industry (preferred).Experience with SQL or demonstrated analytical skills.Experience with resource management tools (e.g., Workday).Strong analytical thinking.Team collaboration skills.Process improvement experience.Flexibility and adaptability.Details: Founded in 2005, tbo is a global organization that provides translation, talent, training, teams, and testing services to a full range of clients in over 40 countries worldwide, from startups to enterprise-level companies.
