The ASIC Project Scheduler will be under direct supervision of the ASIC Department manager and will be responsible for developing and maintaining project tasks and schedules and working to drive to meet deadlines and goals.Key responsibilities- Create and maintain project plans and resource allocations to hit deadlines- Create, publish & maintain reports around product line analytics and milestones- Coordinate ASIC project development with the team and communicate status to management- Implement and ensure consistent communication- Provide support and coordinate with the project lead, project manager, and group leaders- Support business case development- Point of contact for external teams to understand status and deliverables- Understand and coordinate changing corporate needs and work within department to achieve those deliverables- Provide sound planning and timing strategies to improve future project estimatesWhat we're looking for- Bachelor's Degree- 3 to 5 years of experience managing complex project schedules- Prefer an understanding of design and manufacturing schedules- Must be effective at remote work environment by quickly learning the team and communicating with them effectively.- Must be a self-motivated team player with the ability to work in a customer oriented, fast-paced, and demanding environment with mínimal supervision.- Leadership qualities: Integrity, attention to detail, goal oriented, and motivated' to improve.- Must have intermediate capabilities with project management software (Project, Jira, MindManager, etc)- Preference to programming and/or scripting skillsOur team members- Take ownership of their work and drive toward excellence.- Are curious, have a thirst for learning, and strive to continually improve
