Job Purpose
Component Release Analyst & PPAP Coordinator is a role under Change Management in charge of working with Supplier Changes to assure proper process execution by creating and releasing Part Numbers and Drawings. In addition, an expanded role of PPAP Coordinator reviews, prepares and submits PPAPs packages for purchased components.

- Supports the analysis of Supplier Changes throughout the life cycle of the change.
- Prepares and analyzes Where Used Reports for Components Part Numbers.
- Creates New Component Part Numbers in conjunction with Component Engineers.
- Creates and Releases Component Drawings.
- Audits Supplier Changes to assure proper process execution.
- Creates and Updates Work Instructions.
- Monthly Metrics
PPAP Coordinator:
- Prepares PPAP Package Submission for Purchased Components.
- Coordinates with Supplier Development Engineers (SDE), Component Engineers (CE) and Suppliers.
