Our products, present in a wide variety of fields, that contribute to improve the quality of life of millions of people.**Job Description**:**Business**- Assure functional excellence in software engineering, support all projects with right skills and capacity- Develop the understanding of product, platform, and process of steering system- Collaboration with world-wide software engineering network- Execute projects as per the defined location strategy roadmap- Support in Business planning- Budget management and Billing- Contribution to productivity targets**Quality and Delivery Excellence**- Implement Quality Improvement Measures- Defect management - Identify root cause (8D, CAR) and Improvement measures- Planning and Tracking of project effort and cost- Participate in Internal project reviews- Planning, Procurement and Maintenance of project specific infrastructure (HW, Software, Licenses)**Associate Development**- Recruitment and Retention strategy- Goal setting and Performance evaluation- Career development and Aspiration management of associates- Mentor and Coach the team- Manage competence of associates- Provide technical guidance to the project team towards achieving delivery and quality goals- Promote Innovation mindset**Partner / Customer Engagement**- Implement Partner and Customer Experience strategy- Prepare and Manage the internal contract with the Bosch partners- Provide first level escalation support for the partners and customers towards resolution of problems- Project status reporting to stakeholders (KPI and Metric reporting)**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree on Electronics, Mechatronics or Computer Science with 8+ years of experience of work experience- Experience in Automotive domain (Chassis / Steering / Car Multimedia / Power Train) is preferred- Experience in project and people management of medium size teams (at least 8+ engineers)- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills- Ability to dive deep into technical topics- Hands on experience defining Process, Method & Tools (PMT) for engineering product line- Good knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management solutions (DOORS, RTC, RQM, GIT etc.)- Good knowledge of SW product / project life cycle process and hands on experience SWLC tools- Knowledge & experience on Configuration Management, Requirement Management & Defect Tracking tools- Experience in managing projects with distributed teams across locations, including international teams- Ability to negotiate with customer, support global organization, and understanding with working in global multicultural projects.Additional InformationBosch is constantly expanding its international presence, since for us cultural diversity represents one of our greatest strengths
