Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Law.
Minimum of 5 years of experience.
Advanced English.
Team and project management.
Knowledge of litigation document review and preparation.
Proficiency in legal document review tools.
Document quality control.
Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of attorneys specialized in document review, ensuring that productivity and quality standards are maintained.
Provide guidance and support to team members on complex legal issues and review protocols.
Coordinate and manage the daily activities of document review projects, ensuring adherence to project deadlines and client requirements.
Monitor progress, quality, and productivity metrics.
Act as a liaison with project managers and clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
Perform quality checks on the work to ensure accuracy and consistency with project guidelines.
Implement best practices for document review and ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, project status, and any relevant issues to management and clients.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of review procedures, decisions, and outcomes for reference and auditing purposes.
