Performs all duties inherent in a supervisory/management role- Assist in managing day to day operations of a collections call center environment- Ensure Collections Representatives have access to current customer information- Support the workforce management function by ensuring Collections Representatives adhere to the daily dialer schedule Monitor, measure, and manage employee performance according to established criteria- Responsible for projects and special tasks as assigned- Oversees teams of Customer Service Associates who handle customer service inquiries and problems**Horarios disponibles para el puesto***MON*TUE-FRI, 8:00-16:00 SAT
