Assure material availability in the factory in time and quantity fulfilling production requirements while maintaining optimal inventory levels.Responsibilities:Oversee purchases to ensure supply of materials on time, quantity, price, and right time.Plan, follow up, and control appropriate inventory levels for the MRP Controllers assigned.Support processing of assigned invoices to ensure payment to suppliers on time.Accountable for delivery dates from suppliers maintenance.Ensure suppliers deliver according to confirmation.Assure the team converts Purchase requisitions into POs in no more than 24 hours of purchase requisition creation.What will you need to succeed?SAP Basic management and MM module transactions.Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.Intermediate Business English level.Experience in negotiation and expediting.Experience in planning and forecasting.Previous experience leading a small team is a plus.Equal Employment Opportunity StatementSiemens is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer encouraging diversity in the workplace.
