We are international!Proven experience managing customer-oriented individual contributors; ideally in a Customer Experience team, with a track record of driving customer retention and upselling.Tech-savvy! Passion for technology, the digital world, and innovation is a must!Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset; data insights to drive informed decisions is key.You like making things easier for customers and colleagues.
