Talent is our world.**The Role**:Join us as **Team Leader/Player Coach** - Sourcing onsite at our offices in Monterrey, NL, Mexico the expectation will be to shadow various parts of the process. The Team Lead/Player Coach will be expected to help drive productivity results, regularly provide verbally and written feedback, check with others on feedback and assessing skill level for major benchmarks within the Sourcer journey.The **Team Lead/ Player Coach** will be a role model for more junior Sourcers, providing coaching and mentoring and supporting workload co-ordination for team-members as required. Further provide leadership through the management of sourcing projects and contributing to company regional or global initiatives.Skilled in interpreting resourcing plans and defining role requirements, you'll develop sourcing options that are precisely right for each role recruited. That could mean using networking, headhunting, social networks or even something entirely new. The choice (and the responsibility) is yours.**Onsite 2 days a week in Monterrey.****Key Accountabilities**:- Manage and develop your team of sourcers- Take responsibility for team objectives and performance- Build and strengthen relationships with clients and hiring managers- Ensure that services meet both internal and client targets- Keep all stakeholders up to date**Skills and Experience**:- Its critical to have an impressive proven track record of managing and developing successful recruitment/sourcing teams.- Evidence of development of strategic planning, presentation of sourcing plans for challenging roles across different industries- Hands-on recruitment experience is also essential, together with proven ability to achieve demanding targets and manage stakeholder relationships.- It's important that you're fluent in English and Spanish with strong interpersonal skills.- Lead discussions with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to take detailed briefs on role requirements, sharing their expertise in order to demonstrate credibility with the client and set expectations on the availability of talent and optimal sourcing strategies
