Main Responsibilities:
Supervise the daily activities of a group of by providing mentoring, coaching and guidance while also making recommendations on areas which need improvement.
Other responsibilities include:
working with to address employee relations issues, coordinating all associate activity related to training, development and coaching sessions.
In this position, it will be your responsibility to engage and develop each member of your team so that they can achieve thell potential.
You'll also be directly accountabr associate attrition and employee satisfaction.
Plus, you'll be responsibr monitoring absence and attendanr your team.
Requirements:

- ü Strong understanding of TTEC's business, core values, and goals.
ü Strong verbal and written communication skills.
ü Ability to lead and partner successfully with staff and chain of command.
ü Open, honest and empathetic manner when dealing with people.
ü High customer service orientation.
ü Working knowledge of MS, Oracle, Kronos or ability to learn technology quickly

ü High level of integrity, honesty, and judgment

ü Ensures call center staff schedules are managed

ü Coaches appropriate staff on performance

ü Management improvement

ü Ability to manage multiple, complex, on-going tasks and projects.
ü Advanced English skills.
Both written and verbal.
