Our coworking space is based in Mérida, Mexico.As a Team Lead, you will be the go-to person for the team, monitor the KPIs, and have weekly interactions with the Head of International Markets as well as other members of the Berlin team.More precisely, your role will be to:Manage the team of Travel Agents (20 - 30%), which includes monitoring of KPIs, working on Purpose+, optimizing processes, as well as troubleshooting.Handle day-to-day operations (70 - 80%), whether this might be in the sense of Travel Advisor, After Sales, or even in the aspect of Customer Success, depending on your profile.Let's talk about youYou have/are:At least two years of experience in a similar role (Travel industry).Fluent in English at an almost native level.Previous experience working with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot, is highly desirable.You are comfortable with Excel.Strong problem-solving skills and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.A team worker, eager to drive growth.Please join your CV in English#J-18808-Ljbffr
