We are expanding our global Operations Centers footprint by establishing a new Operations Center in Mexico City to serve the Americas (North America and LatAm) with roles representing product, technology, sales operations, inside sales, customer service and finance.**About the role**:In this opportunity as Team Lead - UNIX Support, you will:- Lead a global team of UNIX engineers providing 24x7 support- Manage the technical recovery of production service during major incidents- Act as Liaison between Platforms, Engineering, and Business Units- Deliver services to meet or exceed Service Level Agreements.- Evaluate and recommend process improvements.
