When you join #TeamAmex, you become part of a diverse community of over 60,000 colleagues, all with a common goal to deliver an exceptional customer experience every day.**JOB DESCRIPTION**- Responsible for leading an administrative team dedicated to providing everything necessary for the operation of the sales force.- Administration, Validation, Control, Application and Testing of Different Budgets - (Sales, Operational, Materials, Fixed Services, etc...)- Negotiation of different selling points, which increase sales team achievement.- Purchase and control of sales promotion and sales incentive.- Constant communication with product owners to have the material updated in advertising spaces, modules, flyers, brochures, etc...- Ongoing direct activities with VP, Management and Sales Area Managers.- Follow-up of processes with procurement - supplier bidding.- Selection of designs, production and maintenance of modules.- Profitability: MIS management and sales results analysis for decision making.- Identification, tracking and constant feedback of point-of-sale operation, with suppliers and users.- Follow-up of processes with different areas (Legal, HR, Accounts Payable, etc...)- Follow-up of special projects requested with product owners.- Coordination and follow-up of special events for the sales force and staff.- Generate solutions and results to the requirements of the different managers, updating the processes of the team and suppliers, determining times, solutions, etc...- Selection, purchase, requisition, inventory control and shipment of sales force operations and incentives.- Update processes according to policies and rules of each internal area.- Management skills for government procedures.- Responsible for specific sales force events (integration, celebrations, achievements, etc..).- Responsible for validating that the internal communication is within the correct parameters of the company, through IMH platform that is reviewed by all the areas required for this.**QUALIFICATIONS**- Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar.- Minimum 2 year experience in managing and controlling resources, services and processes.- Minimum 1 year experience in point of sale opening logistics (booth production, space leasing).- Ability to work with several projects at once, from different processes.- Managing excellent personal relationships.- Ability to work at management levels.- Strong bargaining power and influence.- Excellent communication.- Handling objections.- Search for immediate alternatives
