The genuine attention you provide as a Security Supervisor will make them feel safe and valued.Main activities and responsibilities:Preparation of daily shift updates.Preparation of Security Agent schedules.Feedback and application of progressive discipline for Security Agents.Preparation of incident reports.Monitoring and investigation of guest and employee incidents.Providing daily operation training in the line ups.Follow-up on requests for material and equipment for Security Agents.Constant supervision throughout the property to detect risk areas and situations.Constant supervision of the positions assigned to Security Agents.Provide constant communication of updates by email and telephone to the Security Manager.Responsible for the supervision of the golf cart dedicated to employees.Responsible for delivering lockers and pending items to the next shift.Follow-up on requests from other departments.Responsible for control and inventory of exit passes.Responsible for controlling arrivals and departures of personnel transportation.Responsible for maintaining order and conduct of collaborators during operating hours.Responsible for helping with first aid when required.Responsible for delivering keys to guests.Responsible for closing and opening safe deposit boxes.Responsible for access control by beach area.About you:Intermediate level of English.High school degree.Preferably certified in CPR and first aid.Minimum of one year of experience in the position.Knowledge of Windows and Office management.Excellent communication and organization.Service-oriented skills.Leadership skills.Responsible for delivering lost objects to guests and colleagues.Responsible for keeping confidential information.Active participation in emergency brigades.Our brand is expanding faster than ever before.
