Are you passionate about leading teams and driving operational success? Join our operative area as a Team Leader. You'll be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient execution of the production plan during each shift, while meeting key metrics in EHS, QFS, cost, and service.
You'll coordinate with your team members on the assigned line and ensure effective communication with maintenance resources. Additionally, you'll work with the administrative and service teams to manage the line's needs. This on-site role is located in Querétaro, México.
A Taste of What You'll Be Doing
**Detail Oriented**: Ensure compliance with the production plan during the shift by leading daily revision meetings to review team performance indicators (DDS1) and updating the platform's indicator board accordingly.
**Development and Compliance**: Attend DDS2 meetings (Daily Direction Setting) to review shift and daily line performance. Share results effectively, highlight priorities, and record complete and reliable information in the shift logbook, ensuring a smooth shift change process.
**Organizational Leadership**: Identify key performance trends and communicate up the chain. Coordinate root cause analysis and work with the maintenance team to address issues, while reporting any personnel-related information to the line leader.
**Strategic Focus**: Monitor and ensure compliance with operational, safety, and quality standards, as well as adherence to food safety policies and procedures.
We're Looking for Someone With
Manufacturing related Bachelor's Degree with certificate completed.
Knowledge in Office Suite (Excel, Word and Power Point).
Experience in production process, indicators, decision making, tools for continuous improvement.
Effective communication, initiative, committed, collaborative, focused on results and proactivity.
