The role may also involve Solution Management and/or Business Consulting. As part of the leadership team the role is the link between team members and respective upper management, depending on organizational structures. The role leads a core team of people involved in managing functions. The role may also involve understanding the business of our customers and oversee the customer's IT portfolio with it's products, services and solutions. In some cases where this role is required to play the role of Solution Manager then they would be responsible for the whole lifecycle of the IT Solution as well as its' commercial success.**Qualifications**:As a Target and Disciplinary Manager within CI, leading a Business Team made up of managing roles based both in the US and Mexico the person is expected to:- Hire and manage highly skilled and motivated employees while balancing associate development and ensuring chargeability/utilization.- Drive capability development,improvement, innovation and efficiency increases where possible. Enable knowledge exchange within and between capability areas- Manage actively feedback processes with employees and support their career path- Provide a working environment for agile and virtual collaborationCommunicate proactively with partner stakeholders regarding resource bottlenecks and unused capacities, as well as technological issues and opportunitiesSince the role may also be expected to manage certain IT Solutions as Solution Manager the following is expected:- Is accountable for plan, build, deploy, run and phase-out of the IT Solution - orchestrates responsible roles and contracts dedicated and extended team members- Manages customer requirements, including input for IT Products/Services development.- Pro-actively consults the GE in optimizing the Solution (technical, commercial) and in regards to standardization.- Plans activities for IT Solution within planning processes in close alignment with the experts in the Solution Team and Product/Service-teams (Solution roadmap).- Integrates IT Products/Services into customer's environment according to customer specific needs to create required benefit for the customer- Manages IT Solution's dependencies and integration of involved IT Products/Services in close alignment with relevant Product/Service Owners.
