About the Job

The Team Leader Housekeeping is directly responsible for the correct operation and productivity of the housekeeping staff under his charge.
He manager and directs daily tasks and activities to ensure the timely delivery of rooms, public areas, turndown services, according to higest quality standards, as well as reviewing the good condition and quality of the staff's work.

AboutYou.
- High school Diploma.
- Minimum experience: 2 years in the position
- Languages: Native or completely fluent Spanish (100%) and English (40-50%)
- General knowledge of hotel operations, beyond Housekeeping (e.g. Front Desk and Butler operations, Preventive Maintenance, Room Service operations, etc.).
- Advanced knowledge of cleaning products, whites, polishers and pressure washers.
- Knowledge and skills of supervising Housekeeper operations.
- Ability to manage and carry out inventories.
- Flexibility of schedule (morning and evening shifts during weekdays, weekends and holidays).
- Additional skills and abilities: natural leadership skills, management and problem-solving skills, decision-making skills, critical thinking skills, proactivity, ease of speaking, high organizational skills, ability to work under high pressure, ability to work 10 hours or more in a work environment that involves physical activities.
