Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments- Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels.- Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy- Making special shipping arrangements as necessary- Tracking and fixing shipping errors- Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards- Developing transportation processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized- Coordinating Sterilization Truck Loads- Developing a Receiving and Shipping Schedule for Vendors and Transportation providers- Planning sterilization workload delivery schedule to maintain flow of product and reduce the risk of backlog of containers waiting in line- Work with Transportation providers to reduce cost, to quote services and provide alternative solutions to ensure capacity for the site to ship product- Coordinates with Shipping Manufacturing Warehouse, Shipping from the HUB, Import Export, Production, Transportation providers and external sterilization vendors- Provides support to warehouse, purchasing, and 3PL for inventory management.
