Responsibilities include creating SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure), providing training, and applying expertise.Roles & ResponsibilitiesKnowledge of Lean, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), and similar KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).Prepare and review the production process SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).Responsible for all SOP & protocol related activities through DOCHUB.Responsible for Review & approval of Master Production Records, EBR in PAS|X & SAP Related Activities.Responsible to initiate and review quality notification such as Change control, Incident, deviation, Market complaint, CAPA etc.Responsible to create Purchase requisition, Creation of material code, CAPEX initiation.To ensure effective utilization of resources in the department
