A career with Kerry offers you an opportunity to shape the future of food while providing you opportunities to explore and grow in a truly global environment.**What would you do?**:- Supervise the production processes following the operating instructions, to ensure the quantity and quality of the final product.- Plan and schedule together with the production Group Leader the different stages of processes, to optimize the operation.- Request the raw material necessary for the continuous operation of all production processes from the warehouse.- Verify that the operating instructions, cleaning and safety forms are filled out correctly.- Verify that the production equipment's are in good condition and apt to be operated, including all services; water, electricity, airand steam.- Follow and enforce the company's regulations, procedures and policies: - Internal Work Regulations - General Safety and Hygiene Regulations - General Safety and Environmental Protection Procedure - Food Safety System (FSSC 22000**What will you need to be successful?**:- Biotechnological, biochemical, or food engineering degree or a related degree.- Have theoretical and/or practical knowledge of fermentation processes and unit operations- Knowledge of enzymes of commercial interest.- Have theoretical knowledge about food safety systems, know FSSC22000.- Knowledge of Microsoft office- SAP (desirable)
