**What would you do?**:
- Supervise the production processes following the operating instructions, to ensure the quantity and quality of the final product.
- Plan and schedule together with the production Group Leader the different stages of processes, to optimize the operation.
- Request the raw material necessary for the continuous operation of all production processes from the warehouse.
- Verify that the operating instructions, cleaning and safety forms are filled out correctly.
- Verify that the production equipment's are in good condition and apt to be operated, including all services; water, electricity, air and steam.
- Follow and enforce the company's regulations, procedures and policies: - Internal Work Regulations - General Safety and Hygiene Regulations - General Safety and Environmental Protection Procedure - Food Safety System (FSSC 22000
**What will you need to be successful?**:
- Biotechnological, biochemical, or food engineering degree or a related degree.
- Have theoretical and/or practical knowledge of fermentation processes and unit operations
- Knowledge of enzymes of commercial interest.
- Have theoretical knowledge about food safety systems, know FSSC22000.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office
- SAP (desirable)
